Tracey White

Hi my name is Tracey White I am a wife and a mother of a son and daughter and have two beautiful stepdaughters and now a grandmother at a young age and love every minute of it!

I have been in the fitness industry for 0ver 8 yrs....in 2006 I opened my our fitness center in our community. I was at the time working as a dealer at the Point Edward Charity Casino and after a battle with cancer in 2004 I decided the if I won my battle I was going to presure my dream and thats is just what I did!! In 2005 I decided it was time to open a fitness center in our town as there was nothing here. After 2 years in business I decide it ws time to get fit, I had gained 54 bls well under going chemo and radiation so I started taking some of the classes we offer here at the Workout Room as I started to feel healthier the weight however was still not coming off, I started back at weigh lifting and teach Spinning classes and fell in love with it! I now teach circuit classes, group fitness and spinning as well as personal training. I am pround to say business is doing well and I love helping others with their health and weighloss goals!
