Kerry Munroe

I have been involved in the fitness business and industry for the past 25 years.  From an owner and operator of a racket and fitness club to a fitness instructor, it has always been a big part of my life.  As a high school teacher I also try to incorporate my fitness into the lives of my students and work as a conditioning coach for our school's hockey and soccer teams.  This summer I am planning on getting certified as a Personal Trainer.  I have two beautiful children who are elite athletes who I train with when they are home.  I love to teach and that passion is apparent in my classes.
