I am a certified Personal Trainer and 200Hr Certified Yoga Instructor at Goodlife Fitness in London Ontario, Canada. I have always been a fitness enthusiast and a very athletic person. While at work I manage a large client base and make sure my clients are getting results physically as well in their nutrition and lifestyle. I am enthusiastic, motivating and caring of the individuals in need of my fitness advice and I love what I do very much. Training is a huge part of my life and I make sure I practice what I preach! Having a four year Degree in Kinesiology has been a major help with my knowledge of how the human body works and how best to attain results with my clients. I am also a certified TRX R4 team coach which uses a suspention training system and allows me to teach small groups of people in a bootcamp type setting which has proven to get maximal results.

One of my other greatest passions in life, besides fitness, is traveling! I love the adventure and discovering the culture of new countries and destinations. Being able to combine my two passions of fitness and travel is a dream come true.
