I am now teaching for more than 10 years in fitness activities areas for healthy life-style. I did my first training if fitness in 1999 as a group fitness instructor and I discovered my passion for teaching and decided to continue my education. I added certifications in Yoga, Pilates and Zumba, plus workshops in various disciplines. Through the years, I added the meditation in participating in workshops to improve and I discovered all the benefits in practicing regularly. My strengths are in creativity, reliability and I teach a large variety of disciplines. I am dynamic and energetic with good ability to communicate with people and easily establish trust. I am always on the look-out for new technics concerning fitness trainings. I do so in participating regularly into certifications and workshops. My goal is to offer my knowledge to people around me and help them discovering the pleasure of being happy and healthy.
