Esther is a highly energetic, personable and dedicated fitness enthusiast, with a passion for teaching people new skills and for getting them excited about their fitness goals and accomplishments.
Esther received schooling as a Physiotherapy Assistant and has also received designations as a Certified Personal Trainer through Can-Fit Pro, is a Registered Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and is also a Certified Dance Instructor through the Royal Academy of Dance. She has always been interested in physiology and body mechanics and loves the fact that she can utilize her physiotherapy background, as well her many years of yoga and dance, with her personal training clients.
Specializing in yoga, Esther has a full spectrum of yogic knowledge, with over 500 hours of training in a variety of modalities.
In addition, she has developed her own Athletic Performance Enhancing yoga hybrid.
With her arts and dance background, Esther strives to infuse her classes with unique creativity and to inspire students to tap into their source and embark on an individual yogic journey of their own!
