I have practiced yoga and pilates for over 10 years. I am also a full time professional who finds balance in yoga practice. I enjoy teaching yoga, as it provides an opportunity to bring a healthful stretching and strengthening practice that can nourish the body and the mind. For everyone. As a professional who teaches many other professionals, those under 21 and over 60, and those taking a break to raise children, I hope to provide something personal for each person to take home.
