I am a 24 year old fitness professional with a passion for helping others achieve their best self through fitness...something that changed my life personally

I worked in a Retirement Home in Ottawa, Ontario as a Recreation Director for 5 years . . .

Deciding recently i wanted to work for myself...I started my own business called   Bombshell Personal Training  

I currently specialize in Boot Camps for women and 1 on 1 personal training

I also still hold a passion for working with seniors and would enjoy teaching a chair yoga or balance class

I am fun, outgoing and determined to make my life an experience of a lifetime and share that with those I meet along the way
