Keeping myself fit has always been a priority because I can't live life exuberantly without the benefits! I have a passion for seeing people find their "real" bodies, their natural energy and their own built-in confidence. In my experience, I've found that it's important to provide a fun, relaxing, relational experience while working out so that gym members look forward to class and, in the long run, will stay committed and consistent. My strengths are cueing and coaching within the context of an exciting class and making a personal connection with memebers. I believe I can bring personality as well as professionalism to your fitness program.
