Michelle Ornstein

I have been a SPIN instructor for close to 15 years now and currently teach at Fitness Loft and the JCC in Columbus OHIO. I also have taught Body Pump for 9 years ( Les Mills program). When Lifestyle was in Columbus, OH  I taught  Group Circuit training classes at the downtown facility which has now closed down since Lifestyle has pulled out of Columbus.

My day job is with FedEx . I work with them as an International sales representative. I have been with FedEx for over 12 years now and have quite a successful career.

I am married with one son and live in the Columbus Ohio area. I teach group fitness in the evenings and on the weekends. I currently teach 2-3 times weekly. I have taught up to 5 times weekly. However, this has varied over the last 15 years.
