I am 31 years old with a passion for fitness. I became cerfited in the indusrty after working a few years in corprate america. Once I knew what I did not want to do for the rest of my life I focused on what I enjoyed. Fitness and helping people seemed to be the right fit. I graduated from Xavier University with a liberal arts degree. At 31 I am continuing my education as I am in the process of getting my CSCS through NSCA. I am one of the top trainers at the Cincinnati Sports Club. I am a commited, knowlegable, qualified trainer.
