I have been involved in exercise and physical fitness for over 28 years. I have taught various classes in strength, Bootcamp, Silver Sneakers, and Spinning. I have pretty much settled on Spinning since it is my favorite form of cardio exercise. I am also an outdoor cyclist. I participate in several organized rides throughout our season. I do at least 1 - 100 mile ride in addition to riding between 1,300 and 1,500 miles total each season. I teach Spinning year round at both clubs. I also do weight training 3 to 4 times per week. Fitness and exercise are my passion. I am enthusiastic and outgoing, and I am very organized and well prepared in everything I do.
