My background is in fashion design, but when I came across yoga in college I quickly realized that this is something that will allow me to wake up in the morning and do something I love. After finishing my teacher training I immediately started teaching. I was teaching sixteen classes a week, and I realized how grateful I was to have found something that I can do and really enjoy. I have learned so much from my students, and my practice. One of my favorite aspects of yoga, is that I am able to get closer and closer to the union within my self. Watching my students dive into the union makes me feel that I'm living my purpose.
I teach 10-12 yoga classes a week, with workshops every couple of weeks. I continue to study the yoga sutras, anatomy through iyengar classes, and take workshops that expand my awarenss of this vast subject called yoga. I hope to be able to continue on this beautiful journey for the rest of my life!
