My name is Nicole. I am yoga and pilates instructor and an overall fitness enthusiast and mother of 1. I have been teaching since 2005, and have worked in many gyms and studios. In 2007 I opened my own studio, Prana Pilates & Yoga. Offering a full spectrum of adult and children's classes in addition to massage and acupuncture. I've worked with a wide variety of clientele, and am confident when working with all special populations. I have a life long passion for fitness and wellness which comes though in my teaching. I no longer own my studio as a result of a decision I made a couple of years ago to return to school. I am currently in my last few months of school and will be graduating with my BS in nursing. I teach authentic Ashtanga yoga as taught in Mysore India, and also teach Vinyasa flow. Yoga is an extremely important component in my life. I am capable to teach on all forms of pilates equipment and comfortable with various brands of equipment such as Peak, Stott and Balanced Body. I have participated in many teacher training's and workshops which have enhanced my repertoire and knowledge as in instructor. I have been blessed to practice in the company of many amazing teachers, Shiva Rea, Dharma Mittra, Elizabeth Larkam, Brent Anderson, Mark Klion, Carrie and Matt McCulloch, Chrissy Romani-Ruby, Rael Iscowitz, Lolita San-Miguel, David Swenson, Ana Forrest, Brooke Siler, just to name a few. I look forward to working with FitBodies Inc. and bringing my love for fitness and my expertise to students all over the world.
