I have been dancing since I was five years old and have studied tap, jazz, belly dance, swing, salsa and other Latin, and social dances. A naturally athletic and active person, trained yoga instructor, personal trainer, and participate in a variety of other fitness activities. I discovered Zumba® in 2008, that is when I my teaching took off and I was hooked. Zumba® is the best way to pursue and share my passion for dance and fitness. My goal is to help people find a movement they can be passionate about and do for life, so they can be happy and healthy. If you are moving you are improving!
