Hi! I have spent my life, and career since graduating from my Undergrad program in the health and fitness field! I adore helping others succeed in their journey to a healthier them, all the while improving my health and fitness knowledge daily. I always show up to my clients or classes with a smile on my face, a peppy, perky, and spunky attitude, and the motivation to have the best session or class yet. I was with a group of fitness friends a few days ago, and one of them informed me that she travels to the Carribean to teach classes! I thought that was just the greatest thing I had ever heard! I love vacationing, and even more than vacationing I love fitness. So why not combine the two?!?! I always base where I stay on vacation according to the fitness structure of the hotel/resort! I have been teaching bootcamp, ropes and suspension, kettlebells, and now I am adding indoor cycling with my recent certification for 18 months! I have also been one-on-one, partner, and group Personal Training in the gym as well as in home for the past 18 months. My degree is in Dietetics from James Madison University.
