I am a graduate of the 200-hour Yoga teaching certification program through YogaWorks. I currently teach three Yoga class a day, six days a week. I have extensive experience teaching to all levels of students, and recently created and implemented a Yoga curriculum for At-Risk youth in my community. Yoga is indeed an integral part of my life, as is living a healthy lifestyle! As cliche as it may sound, Yoga and living the Yogic lifestyle is my passion.
