Natalie Brooks

Natalie has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 3+ amazing years.
 
Mixing humor with gentle compassion toward her students, and a down-to-earth approach to yoga, enables her to make the practice accessible to everyone.
 
Natalie is a Certified and Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher who trained with Jairaj Randall Williams and Megha Nancy Buttenheim.  She has taught everything from Kripalu, Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, and Power Yoga and mixes styles frequently.  Her classes seek to nurture body, mind, and spirit, equally while offering a sprinkle of challenge. 
 
Natalie believes yoga is a healing tool for the body, mind, and spirit  At the basic level she believes that yoga helps us uncover our authentic selves and opens us to the potential inherent within!
