Missy Reid

I am a 3 times nationally qualified NPC Figure competitor. I became involved in the industry about 3 years ago, and have since competed in 5 shows. Fitness has captured my heart.  Growing up I was an overweight child. I vividly remember hiding at recess because I would be bullied with, "Here comes earthquake, making cracks in the sidewalk!". As I entered my teen and young adult years, I began dieting and working out.  I had made great strides, but still wanted to accomplish more. This is when I decided to hire a personal trainer and enter my very first figure competition. I was hooked. For me, the internal transformation is just as gratifying as the physical transformation that is obtained with living a healthy active lifestyle.  Ive achieved an amazing sense of accomplishment and success from this lifestyle, and it is my passion to educate others and share in this extraordinary journey.
