Why? Because every class empowers people. Whether you're just starting out or leveling up your routine, I create an environment that works for all fitness levels. With extensive experience in aerobic and strength training, I bring energy, expertise, and encouragement to every session.

And for balance? I'm also a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), blending strength with mindfulness to help you move, breathe, and thrive.
