Stephanie Ellison

A Pilates instructor since 2001, Stephanie Ellison is certified at Performing Arts Physical Therapy and The Pilates Studio of LA . She has studied with various instructors, including Romana Kryzanowska, and has worked with everyone from professional performers and athletes to those brand new to the Pilates Method or recovering from injury. Stephanie taught Pilates courses under the Dance Department at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and has recently returned to Los Angeles, where she teaches Pilates and movement classes at several locations, including Winsor Pilates, Kara Wily Pilates, Pilates and Arts, and Cirque School LA.
