- 12 years of Fitness Management experience including the most recent 6 in a multi unit capacity overseeing different combinations of more than 60 clubs.
- High Impact Award winner for Top Fitness Manager 2005/Pride of TSI Club Winner 2005
- Successfully developed 10 Personal Trainers to the Pro or Master Level over 3 ½ year time frame as a Fitness Service Manager
- Assigned to the opening of 6 new clubs including NYSC Montclair which achieved $115,000 in PT Sales during the first month of workouts, 3 hit their yearly revenue budgets within the first 6 months of opening. PSC Radnor has grown from inception to an over $1.2 million dollar PT business and ranks in the top 2 of the organization.
- Achieved measurable results in all critical Personal Training business metrics including PT Sales, PT Revenue, ACP, and Year over Year Mature Growth. Current year’s business metrics are as follows: 101% PT Sales, 102% PT Revenue, and 7% Mature Growth.
- Project leader during the development and companywide roll out of the Personal Training Membership.
- Directly associated with the progression of 3 Fitness Managers to the role of Regional Director of Fitness.
- Worked alongside and supported over 25 Regional Directos of Operation in the past 6 years. Attained great operational experience working with the variety of leadership and most importantly, have learned how to adapt too many different personalities and earn their trust.
