I have been an active member in the fitness industry for the past 5 years. During this time I have earned my certifcations in both personal and group fitness, kettelbell and yoga. Currently, I am pursuing my 200 hours for the complete yoga certifcation. While working at various establishments, I have taught classes such as: step, kickboxing, yoga, strength training, bootcamp, core, and spinning. In the last two years I started my own business where I currenlty do personal training with my clients.
