Leslie Kersha, E-RYT 200
I have been a yoga educator now for over 22 years, and my passion for teaching this healing practice just continues to grow. When teaching, I strive to bridge the gap between the ancient practice of yoga and the realities of living in the modern day world. My classes are a fusion of my passion for education, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and wellness. It is of utmost importance to create a safe and welcoming environment for ALL. My intention is for participants to leave feeling more spacious, present, embodied, connected, and with a deep understanding of the necessary tools to access peace at any time.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA in 2012 and have taught over 2,500 hours of yoga classes. I have a BA in Education and an M.Ed in Counseling. I am a work in progress who is passionate about continuing to learn, grow, live authenically and unapolgetically, and inspire others. I know first-hand the practice of yoga is a process of sacred healing and radical transformation which translates way beyond what happens on the mat. I would be honored and humbled to be a part of your yoga journey.
