Kellee Martin

Kellee discovered yoga in 2002 and immediatly fell in love with its stress relieving benefits. It is her daily retreat from a demanding job and has been instrumental in helping her regain range of motion and strength following an injury in 2009. These experiences inspired her to enroll in teacher training and become an RYT (registered yoga teacher). Her soothing voice and calm classes are nurturing and inspriring and she hopes to help others discover the benefits yoga can offer. Kellee emphasizes listening to and honoring the body's cues in her gentle and vinyasa flow classes. When she's not on the mat, you might find her hiking, reading,  swimming or dancing.
