Holli Clepper

Holli has been an educator in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She specializes in core training, swiss ball training, strength training, program design, postural training, balance training as well as pre and postnatal training. She holds a BS in Physical Education from Texas A&M University, she is a C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 3, and is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach and Personal Trainer and by the NSCA as a CSCS. She is also a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and CPR instructor. In addition, Holli worked for ACE as the Director of Professional Development for eight years and for the C.H.E.K Institute as the Director of Education for five years, a corrective exercise facility in San Diego, California and an instructor for the UCSD fitness certificate program for 20 years. Currently Holli is training clients, specializing in sports specific training, corrective exercise and weight loss. She has written two books on prenatal and postpartum fitness and is working on a C-section recovery book.
