Jillian is a BCRPA Supervisor of Fitness Leaders for Land Fitness, Aquatic Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates Fitness. She is a certified ACSM Personal Trainer (American College of Sports Medicine), BCRPA weight trainer, Older Adult Instructor, First Aid Instructor, Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, and a certified Bio Energy Healing Practitioner.
She also teaches Yoga Nidra (laying down meditation), meditation, Indoor cycling, Aquatic Pilates, Yoga-Pilates and Pranayama breathe work.
Jillian calls Vancouver Canada her home. With over 25 years of teaching experience, and 4 years as a University athlete, Jillian has taught many types of group exercise classes for all ages nationally and internationally. She loves meeting new people and inspiring others to become healthier and happier.
