Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Strength Group X Instructor with 8 years professional experience.

In Pilates I emphasize core strength and spinal flexibility in a fun, challenging environment. Classes are on a mat with beginner, intermediate and advanced modifications for all exercises. All skill levels are invited and all will be challenged. 

Division 1 collegiate athlete in soccer. I have an excellent understanding of proper muscle development and movement. I will challenge participants to push themselves during classes so that they may feel exilerated and motivated during and after the class. Pilates class moves quickly through exercises and requires the intstructor to primarily stay on the mat and show participants proper positions and modifications.
