Assistant Manager, Instructor

Kyla was born in Halifax and continues to love this wonderful area (although she also has a passion for traveling all over the world!). After completing a commerce degree with a double major in Finance and Human Resource Management, she landed a job in the investment industry. Although the work was interesting, she didn't feel fulfilled. Kyla also worked for lululemon athletica for years where she was fully immersed in various yoga communities. Kyla eventually made the bold shift to leave the security of a job behind and follow her passion: yoga. It became clear that Moksha had a special place in her life so she took the chance to do her teacher training and had the time of her life in Brazil!

Mixing her business background with her love for yoga, Kyla is the Assistant Manager at MYH. She loves working with our community, and she looks forward to sharing a smile with you at the studio.
