Francesca Vivona

I am an energetic, enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in health care and overall wellness. I have been personal training for a private raquets/health club in Toronto for the past three years and in that time have developed a loyal clientele with diverse goals ranging from the recreational gym goer to competitive tennis players. Most recently I have completed schooling a provincial registration requirements that allow me to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist. My work includes treating a variety of people in a busy downtown wellness clinic alongside a chiropractor and reflexologist. My own interests included body sculpting and distance running, as well as a variety of seasonal sports.
