For over 20 years I have had the pleasure of helping folks achieve good health, fitness and increased vitality through balanced nutrition and exercise. In the gym, my focus has been providing fun, energetic, creative, safe classes ie., hi-low, body sculpting, senior fitness, pre-natal etc. In contrast, being focused and concentrated helps to create the mind-body connection of Pilates. Pilates brings one back to basics and attention to alignment. I have always had a passion for movement and exercise and through my classes I hope to pass some of that enthusiam and energy to those I teach.
