Alysa Erickson

I have always had a passion for fitness and people.  I have been in a variety of sports from Swimming to Dance to Rugby.  I've been a Zumba instructor for nearly two years, taught Aqua aerobics and most recently got certified in Aqua Zumba.  Greatest thing about my job is the people who bring so much energy and excitement to class!  I have high and low levels to all my songs and keep a great mix of music.  My group fitness certification is through Lifetime Fitness.  I feel I have a natural ability to be in front of a class and pride myself on making my classes fun and energetic.
