I have been a yoga student and practicioner for approximately five years, during which time I have seen the difference that yoga can make in body and mind, both in myself and in other students. My teaching style is relaxed and I am flexible to meet the needs and desires of students on any given day or class. I emphasize being kind to oneself during practice as well as off the mat. I believe that we all need to let go of any expectations for a practice before we step onto the mat, and let that practice unfold organically. I take pride in making yoga accessible to anyone and everyone, and in striking a balance between maintaining a quiet, "traditional" yogic atmosphere and having fun, even laughing at ourselves from time to time in class.
