Sara Macfarlane has been involved in the fitness industry for over seven (7) years. She is a graduate from UW-Stevens Point where she received a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness. Sara is a Nationtal Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), a certified Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Group Exercise Instructor (AFFA), a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200 hr level), and a Les Mills certified RPM intructor (indoor cycling). Sara has a passion for fitness and sports and inspires individuals to live a better quality of life.
