I am extremely passionate about health and well being. I love what I do and strive to provide excellence in instruction and personal attention to each student in every class whether it be adult or child. 

Dance has throughout my life been my first love. As I mature my focus has changed and I have fallen in love with the fitness industry. I recently attended an ECA convention in NYC; a weekend long conference of world renowned teachers sharing their expertise in the form of classes, workshops, and lectures as well as the latest fitness crazes, equipment and music. An amazing event.

Every form of fitness and excercise is not appropriate for everyones taste or fitness level. My belief is that we can change the face of overall health with proper education and providing a plethora of variety so every individual can find a fitness method to love and stick with. Variety is key.
