I have been teaching spinning as my core class for a significant number of years now - I teach twice a week at LA Fitness. I also teach an outdoor bootcamp to a group of women ranging in size from 4 to 14 depending on schedules, weather etc.
Personally I am very active in the fitness world and I very much enjoy moving. I am a triathlete, half marathon runner and active cyclist. I enjoy anything that makes you break a sweat and gets your heart going.
My certifications are all through AFAA, LA Fitness and Ballys. I am certified as a group fitness instructor, group X instructor, pilates, yoga and spinning. Bally's is no longer around but I was certified to teach powerflex and spinning through them.
