Kathryn Anderson

I have been a certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2009 and have taught at a variety of studios, as well as outdoors. My specialties are Boot Camp, Mix Fit, Cardio Circuit  and Butt, Abs and Thighs clases. I also ran an outdoor Bikini Boot Camp for two summers. Currently I teach Boot Camp classes at Room to Move Dance & Fitness studio, as well as Pole Yoga - a class that I created and is a fusion of yoga poses and uses the pole for assistance with balance and deeper stretching. I also recently completed my R.I.P.P.E.D. training certification, which is a modern form of group aerobics that incorporates everything from plyometrics to mixed martial arts.

I am also extremely well-versed in nutrition and supplements.

I also have experience teaching Aqua Fit classes as I did those when I was a Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor; however, I am not currently certified in this specialty.

I am bilingual English / French.
