Ben Schmitt

My name is Ben Schmitt.  I am a passionate trainer that is dedicated to helping my clients get results and change their lives for the better.  There is nothing more rewarding, in my opinion, than helping someone achieve their health goals.  My teaching approach is very friendly yet strict.  I want to connect with my clients and build a professional friendship.  I am currently 26 years old and have been involved in the health & fitness industry for 5 years now.
