I received my first group fitness certification in January 2010, and since then, I've fallen in love with group fitness! Teaching anywhere from 4-6 classes a week, I am drawn to anything that involves exercising. In 2010, I ran my first half marathon and cannot wait to attempt another race. I race in smaller 10k and 5k races from time to time as well. I also attend hot yoga classes for something a little less intense than my typical workouts. All of the classes I teach offer both high-impact and low-impact options, which allows them to truly be fit for participants of all backgrounds. I love teaching and look forward to extending my skills elsewhere.
