Mary Yates

  I'm Mary Yates, and I currently work the YMCA in Fredericksburg, VA, as a Massage Therapist.  In addition, to my massage therapy career, I also hold a primary group fitness certification and teach a fitness formats at American Family Fitness and Gold's gym both located in Fredericksburg, VA. I hold four years of experience in both fields.  I developed an interest in both fields after experiencing a 75 pound weight loss through diet and exercise 10 years ago.  In 2008, my time, efforts and impact on Royal Doulton had come to an end, as I wanted to pursue my new found wellness journey and encourage others to live a healthy and wholesome life.  My previous profession enhanced my management skills, allowed me to gain experience in traveling and my current fitness instruction affords me the opportunity to represent Fit Bodies Inc in a positive way, in addition to my daily lifestyle and this, is what's so rewarding to me!  I've been told that I have touched and inspired some amazing people on this journey and looking for the opportunity to spread my passion elsewhere!
