I initially finished school in Pychology and TV broadcasting, but I fell in love with yoga because of how it helped me, I wanted to help others. My anxiety became manageable, I was happier, optimistic and meditating did wonders, I wanted to share that with people. I left my past career in TV production to pursue yoga and know that this is what I am meant to do. I teach vinyasa and yin yoga, along with HIPrana (Yoga Belly Dancing) which is my signature flow.
I recently opend up my own studio/company and create HIPrana which is vinyasa with the incorporation of belly dancing throughout the flow to target the hips and develop core stregth.
