While I work primarily as a psychologist for a large public school system, I have also worked consistently as a group fitness instructor for the last twenty years. I currently teach 5 classes per week at two large co-ed health clubs in northern NJ, Cando Fitness and Holy Name Hospital Fitness Center. Both of these gyms are well known for having a diverse range of high quality fitness classes. My experience has enabled me to become proficient at teaching a variety of fitness classes including Hi/Lo aerobics, step, Body Pump, aqua, bosu, kickbox, powerstrike, boot camp, fit ball, body sculpt, conditioning, senior's classes & children's classes. I also work periodically as a personal trainer. Teaching exercise classes has been a major part of my life for many years and I enjoy learning new things, encorporating them into my classes, and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
