I have been an avid gym/workout enthusiast since the age of 19. My husband and I are both trained in the fitness industry and would like to share our passion with others! I currently teach spin classes at our local gym and am a certified personal trainer.
I believe in cross-training therefore my workouts always incorporate a little bit of everything from weights to plyometrics and HIIT. As a youth, I trained as a swimmer and still enjoy encorporating swimming in the summer months. I've completed many 5km, and half marathons as well as adventure races. In 2013, I completed the Tough Mudder!
