Sheryl Oleksak

Sheryl learned the importance of restoring and maintaining good health when she began her practice in 1996.  Today she is passionate about bringing this knowledge to others.  In January of 2012 Sheryl received her 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate from the Always-At-Aum Yoga School and is one of the trainers of the Yoga Teacher Training.  Teaching both Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, Sheryl is registered with the Yoga Alliance.  She is also a Reiki practitioner, Piano and Zumba Instructor and is featured in Herbal Destination's yoga video.  Recently she has also become the writer for a health magazine called Critical Healthcare which she has her own Yoga Column.  The magazine comes out quarterly.
