Holly Pohlig

Holly has been teaching group fitness for 6 years. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), trained by SilverSneakers®, and holds a kickboxing certification. She has taught a wide variety of classes including step, hi/lo aerobics, seniors, strength training, and boot camp. Her teaching philosophy is to vary exercises continually in order to prevent plateaus and constantly improve your body.
