Brigid is an enthusiastic and motivational teacher and coach. She is a classically trained Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is a 200 RYT. Her classes are fresh, fun and challenging. Additionally, she has created a unique Yogalates class that fuses the best of Pilates and the best of Yoga. Brigid is passionate about nutrition and wellness. Becoming a Health Coach enables her to help people thrive in all areas of their life. In her free time Brigid enjoys running, golf, kayaking and cooking.
