Heidi Richgruber

Heidi stumbled into a yoga class in 2002 and sailed out feeling absolutely awake and alive. Her yoga mat became a playground to tease edges, expand comfort zones, and chill out. Heidi completed her teacher training under the guidance and heart of Heather Heintz in 2010 and is a currently registered RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance.  She teaches thoughtfully sequenced classes with an emphasis on consistent practice and safety.

Heidi collaborates with Little Chicago Inc. resident DJ Matt Fisk on Warrior Won's weekly YoDJ event, a strength, stretch, and flow class featuring a live electronic music DJ. She lives with her husband on the Big Island of Hawaii.
