Her primary focus is to assist others in developing, promoting and attaining fitness and wellness goals. Her success comes from the success of the individual. She has a developed Personal Training program for various clients ranging from high school athletes to retirees. She views each client individually; developing the program specifically to attain desired goals and outcomes.
She teaches a diverse mix of group exercise classes at three fitness centers in her hometown. Her participation members have different fitness levels and experiences; therefore she coaches each through the class in ways that will attain individual success. It is difficult for her to choose a favorite class format.
Patty is a Nationally Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Certifications include: AFAA, NETA and YMCA. She has specialized training certifications in the following: Group Cycling, X-Bike, Step, Rep Reebok Instructor, TRX and Gliding. Additional training includes Advanced Resistance Training Techniques, Rubber Resistance – Upper and Lower Body.
Patty developed an outdoor Boot Camp class of new to moderately experienced exercisers and runners. A Sunday morning at the park has grown to a group of over 25 participants; sun, rain or snow! Many have taken the running portion of the class to new levels by entering races ranging from 5K’s to marathons. Patty has run beside many of them.

In addition to her knowledge and experience in fitness Patty holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration. She is a Director of Operations for a large Senior Living Community.
