I teach exotic dance as a form of fitness with Xpose Fitness in Annapolis, MD. I teach Pole dancing classes which focuses on the uppper body and core strength training. I also teach a Floor/Chair class which is a full body, low impact aerobic workout which incorporates yoga, pilates and exotic dance movements using only your body, yoga mat and a chair. I have been an Xpose Certified instructor for 4 years and I was a client for 2.5 years prior to that. I am a living, breathing testament to the positive impact these classes will have on you. I have dropped 7 dress sizes, toned up and am stronger than I have ever been in my life. I do all this in 6 & 7" heels but it's not required.
