My Name is Denise Alevras, I live in Livingston, NJ with my husband, three children and two dogs. I recently started teaching Zumba after taking the class for 5yrs, on the day I got licensed the Master Instructor said "What took you so long".... I love the fun and fitness combination of Zumba, It sums up my personality. I have always Strength Trained and took various classes like Step, Sculpting and I all around love working out in the gym, but I have found Zumba to be my favorite.
