I am a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer located in Chicago. I have been actively teaching and training for the last 4 years at various clubs as an employee and independent contractor. I am a fitness model and National Figure Competitor with the NPC. I currently have a yoga DVD titled Yoga Flow that is available though Loyalbody.com, which is my company Loyal Body Inc. I have been featured in several magazines and newspapers including Today’s Black Woman and Ebony magazine.
